Returns and Exchanges

1. Return/Exchange Period


Returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving the goods. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligible Return/Exchange Conditions


To ensure the goods meet the return/exchange criteria, please meet the following conditions:


The goods are unworn, unwashed, and unused.


They must be in their original condition (no stains, odors, or damage).


Tags and packaging must be intact (e.g., labels, dust bags, etc.).


3. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items


Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:


Goods that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.


Wear, deformation, or stains caused by personal reasons.


4. Exchange Policy


We support exchanges for size or style.


Exchanges are limited to the same style or goods of equal value.


If there is a price difference, a refund will be issued and the difference will be charged accordingly.


5. Return Shipping Costs


For product quality issues (e.g., damage, wrong item sent): Return shipping costs will be borne by us. We will cover the return shipping costs for non-quality issues (such as dislike or incorrect size).

7. Refund Policy

8. Precautions


Please use a trackable shipping method to return the item.


Please pack properly to avoid damage during transportation.


Packages returned without prior application may not be processed.
